The cold weather had me running for a taste of the islands.. meant to get something for a light dinner and eat the leftovers for lunch. I went in the evening so there were no fish/shrimp options ready to go, but they accommodated my semi vegetarian needs tonight with a hooked up veg platter. I ended up eating the entire platter like a beast. No lunch leftovers for tomorrow. The hot sauce is amazing. Omg.

Nicole's is a super casual, order at the counter type of place.
I had a vegetarian roti (I think potato) here and it was good, and quite spicy.

Stopped in here on a whim and was pretty pleased. It doesn't look like much but I was greeted and given a quick overview of my options. Lots of food for the price. As some other reviews have stated it seems like it could be hit or miss based on the batch of food for the day. I had a good one. Nothing spectacular but if you're in the mood for some jerk chicken this seems like your best option downtown from what I've seen

Stopped in with my brothers to check the place out. Nothing fancy, but the portions were huge, delicious, and affordable. Jerked and BBQ chicken go great with coconut rice and a ginger beer.
