Nicola's is a great place to go, especially with a large group. Dishes are very reasonably priced and the food is very good. This is always our go-to place for group birthday celebrations! Totally disagree with Walt - I KNOW good Italian food and yet I do still like Nicolas.

It was the day after Xmas and wanted some Italian food and decided to go there with family and my daughter warned me gently not to, so I as a parent and know best did not listen to my 15 year old. Ordered several dishes, and WOW they all were pure garbage and truly overpriced. Better places and less expensive are out there. I do not mind the price as long as food is deemed the cost, but what a mistake I made. Do not waste your time here. If you feel they have good food, you truly do not know what Italian food is all about.
Dissapointed in service also. Wait staff was more attentive to their mobile devices that customers. Tis the season, but never again at Nicolas.

Came along this restaurant by chance and thought the minestrone soup was out of this world, the mussels fantastic, and the service impeccable.

Great place! Went on a Saturday around 5:30 and glad we did. Within a half hour the place was packed! My husband had the Zuppa di Pesci and I had the Cavitelli Sabina both were delicious. There were plenty of waiters walking the floor so the service was quick and prompt. Would definitely return!
