I own quite a bit of the Nicka K $1.00 lipsticks, lip pencils, eye liners, nail polishes, eyeshadows, eyelid primer, I own all of their cosmetics brushes and I recently purchased their new Airbrush FX blending sponge which by the way works amazing. I love Nicka K cosmetics they're definitely among my #1 favorite beauty supply store cosmetics brand : )

I recently purchased two of the Nicka K Cosmetics Satin lipsticks. I purchased one in the past (gorgeous red) and this is what influenced my purchase yesterday. I brought home one that is a hot pink and another that is a flesh tone. They were HORRIBLE. I put the flesh tone one on and it had a harsh, strong, extremely unpleasnt smell which, even after I wiped it off my lips, still lingered. I contacted the company and spoke to a lady named Stephanie Chang who told me that they would swap it out. I asked her why would I mail this lipstick from Atlanta, Georgia on the off chance that they would send me a less offensively scented lipstick. She didn't ask me where I purchased it, or if it had a code number or anything that indicated that she gave a damn about my experience as a customer with their product. I bought it from a beauty supply in the 'hood, so they won't give me my money back. This is a good reason to buy products only from department stores or places with an arc toward customer service.
