Nick's Pizza

May not get the attention of Roberta's or other places, but is hands-down one of the best pizza places in the city. Try the ricotta/mozzarella pie.

I went here with my boyfriend on a Tuesday afternoon looking for some good pizza. He had recommended this place before and were keen on going together.

The experience, alas, was horrible. The pizza was fine, albeit a little overly charred. The service was horrendous. The two female servers working could not have cared less and were not even vaguely polite. Very disappointing as the gentleman who usually works as night has an affable personality.

We asked for tabasco and were immediately dissed and judged saying 'they don't do that,' and then walking away. I understand if they dont carry the sauce or don't want to serve it with their pizza, but the particular response was, i felt, unnecessary. Our salad was also prematurely cleared without even asking if we were through with it or not. The check was dropped without any care or thanks shortly after. We aren't picky diners, but we both agreed there is a basic level of hospitality expected. We work in the industry.

The owners should really reevaluate who they're hiring. We won't be back again. An otherwise great neighborhood pizza place gone to waste.

Great pizza, fresh ingredients, nice service. It's the complete package.

The best calzone I have EVER had!!

Asked the Facebook group 'Queens, NY Pizza, Calzones. and.." for a Forest Hills recommendation for the night of the James Taylor and this was the overwhelming winner with the 'get the calzone' suggestion.

We came, we got perfect pizza, perfect calzone, and a delicious salad for three. Nick's goes down as one of my favorite restaurant meals EVER, not just favorite pizzaria.

Go! You will not be disappointed! Leave plenty of time to get seated, once you order your food is quickly served. The place gets crowded, so leave time! You will be delighted! Enjoy!

Great pizza. We ordered their special salad with mozzarella cheese. Delicious!
Pizza taste great, the pie not too thin, not too thick, toasted from brick oven. Source is full of flavors.
