My family has used Nick (and his father before him) for nearly 50 years. I can honestly say he is the most trustworthy and professional tradesperson I have ever encountered in any field. He shows up, does what needs to be done and charges a fair price. He has done so much work for our family over the years that he is practically one of the family. nick seemed really nice and straight forward over the phone. i had 2 drains i needed unclogged at a property i had tenants at but made it very clear that he call me with a quote before he did the work. he was at my property very quickly and proceeded to do the work without notifying me. half an hour later he returned my call with an outrageous number nearly 3 times what i was quoted for the cleaning by another plumber. we agreed on a reasonable number after my frustration settled. but i would not trust this guy again. cornering your clients into ridiculously high bills is not an honest way to do business. beware.
