My daughter's car was rear ended on her way home from school and this place was recommended to me. Marcus came down to the scene and assured me he can take care of the car in no time and it will be brand new. I decided to bring her car there and it turned an accident into a pleasant experience!!! The employees were all wonderful, professional, and polite!!! The car looks brand new and I was very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them for all your body work that needs to be done. Thanks for a great job!!!

ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL - I TOOK VEHICLE THERE AND WAS TOLD ALL WOULD BE DONE PERFECT AND WOULD BE NO MORE THEN A WEEK, AFTER CAR WAS DROPPED OFF I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL,TEXT,NOTHING I HAD CALLED 100 + PLUS TIMES AND NOTHING THEN FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO THE OWNER (MARCUS) WHO SAYS HE WAS AWAY AND THAT PARTNER SYED WOULD HAVE CAR READY NEXT DAY - FAST FORWARD NOT ONE WEEK BUT THREE ALMOST 4 WEEKS LATER I GO TO PICK UP VEHICLE AND NOTHING IS DONE , NOTHING , NOTHING - OH IM SORRY THEY HAD IT CLEANED ,. NOT ONE THING FIXED AND I HAD 204 MILES MORE THEN WHEN I DROPPED OFF , GAS WAS ON EMPTY AND TWO PAIRS OF EXPENSIVE SUNGLASSES WERE GONE !!!!!!!! I CALLED OWNER 100 TIMES AND HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE RIGHT SO STUPID ME WANTED TO SEE ALL WORKOUT AND WAITED AGAIN 1,2,3 WEEKS AND NOTHING THEN FINALLY WHEN GETTING THROUGH I WAS VERY UPSET NATURALLY AND HE GOT LIKE TOUGH GUY WITH ME TELLING ME DO I KNOW WHO IM TALKING TO AND THREATENED MY FAMILY,ME AND SAID HIS "BOYS" WOULD GET ME IF I TRY TO DO ANYTHING AND COMPLAIN . ARE YOU CRAZY WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS ???? IM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH NYS DMV INSPECTOR WHO TELLS ME THERE IS 24 SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND LOOKING TO SHUT THEM DOWN , ALSO HAVE FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND IM PRESSING HARRASEMENT CHARGES FOR THE THREATS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE --- FAR FAR FAR AAWAY CRIMINALS.THIEVES,THUGS,CON MEN WHO I WILL MAKE SURE OUR STOPPED NOT ONLY FOR ME BUT FOR OTHERS SO NO ONE GETS HURT ---------------

If I could give it negative stars I would. Their service was horrible. They fixed my car but other things no longer work. They had my car for 4 weeks and 5 days for a job they said would take 7 days. They stored my car on a public street sitting on the curb then told me in the event they couldn't fix my car after having it for 3 weeks they would charge me storage. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks telling me my car would be done at the end of each week and they had never even brought my car into the shop. Customer service was terrible, and they hold your car forever. They lie to customers about when their cars will be finished. I will never use their service again and I would advise you to run very far away. You would have better luck fixing your car yourself.

This is the best place in Nassau to get any body work performed on your vehicle! All the employees are super professional and go out of their way to make things easy and got a free T SHIRT! I would recommend them in a heart beat!! Next level !

Absolutely an amazing experience from start to finish. The work they do is fantastic. Tremendously helpful in all aspects. The only place I will take my cars for collision repairs.
