EXCELLENT FACILITY WITH WORLD CLASS DOCTORS AND MEDICAL STAFF.

Very friendly staff, wonderful accommodation. Yes the wait is a little longer than usual but that's the price you pay for great service. Love the staff, they are very comfortable and personal, very professional.

This is ridiculous you come here to get medical attention seeking for help .... but instead you come here to waste time and energy going after the nurses and doctors worst hospital I've been to

The first few times great care, the past couple poor care. ER staff sat around talking My husband is paralyzed and needed to be catheteriZed. They kept saying to wait a minute then eait until they change shifts. He hadn't peed in 9 hours. Finally i had to just do it myself

The WORST nursing staff ever in the ER. Nobody cares, the nurses told me to leave if I can't wait after sitting here for 5 hours. The doctor wasn't any better he told me that I have to wait cause there's people in front of me. Meanwhile the waiting area is empty and the staff is just chit chatting. St.Lukes w 59th here I come.... When someone is having an ASTHMA Attack you don't tell them to wait!!!! That person can't breathe IDIOT!!!
