they do not answer the phone because they cannot read / speak or write English. Must speak in Slang to communicate if they answer. The officers are even worse. They cant copy names and address off of insurance cards and drivers lic. Guess you get what you pay for...

every number for this place is pointless. no one picks up and if they do they hang up on your face.
leave to good old newark. then they wonder why this city is a mess.

I am still having things come up missing in my home. Coach shoes brown and tan with a strap. I'm also miss cds. I've told the landlord threre is a need for gates. Please watch out for new faces in my area. I live in the back part of syamore. By the white chruch
