Newark Parking Authority

Newark parking authority works for the town not the people, lost my car keys couldn't move my car waiting for the locksmith ,explained the issue to parking authority officer she didn't even hear me out, she took pictures of my car and gave me the ticket. I would of fought it gone to court but for what still would pay court fees so again Newark you got my money the system dosent work for the residents it works only to make money for the city in which at times doesn't fix or paves the streets, that we all pay taxes on and as well doesn't sweep our streets all that great but they expect us to have our cars moved when they come around.. So I'm a very pissed off resident !!!!

I had a great experience with Newark Parking Authority. I was wrongfully given an overtime parking ticket because I was paying via iPhone app, and the meter patrol made a mistake. I called the Authority and emailed documentation. They sent everything to the Court and the ticket was dismissed. No hassle or unexpected costs as I had anticipated. Thank you.
