I thought LGA was bad, but the AA terminal here takes it to another level. No TSA Precheck line, the priority line is a joke. Barely anything to eat past security and overall crappy experience.
Not using this airport again unless I switch over to United... bad experience all around!

I frequent this airport (unfortunately) almost every month if not more. Frequent delayed flights. Rude tsa staff. Overwhelmed security. Bad traffic in the area. Are some of the worst I've ever seen - in my entire experience , let alone the United States. Unfortunately there's no improvement neither and honestly I don't think they care. I wish I could fly in and out of some other airport. This is the first time I'm writing about anything ever- that goes to say how strongly I feel about this place. I wish there were zero stars that I could give this place. Disgraceful.

Lost our checked bag last night spent 3 hours looking for our bag in Chicago. I would like to go back and ask the young man that was too busy on his cell phone to listen to the instruction where he was to take our luggage. I need to be patient it has not been 24 hours yet.

Terrible airport overall. Most staff (security through to food) are rude and unhappy. It seems like everything is overpriced and people are there to be ripped off. They charge for wireless after 30 mins, and in some terminals even this option is not available. I literally have been to airports in the Amazon jungle that have free wi-fi and reasonably polite staff. Avoid this place if at all possible, although it is a United Hub, so if flying with United that could be tricky. Stick to terminal C for as long as possible. Terminal A is being renovated and is in terrible shape.

Absolutely abissmal service in commuting. Air traian not running at all, so they had one buss that came every half hour to take you to the railway.... If you could squeeze yourself on. Took me an hour and twenty minutes to get from airport to rail. Once there I was first in line to use the ticket machine.... Except it wasn't accepting cards....none of the machines were.
Instead of selling me a ticket at the booth, I was told to use my dying phone to download an app. Was told the wrong name for the app (mytickets), and spent 10 minutes trying to find the right app. (Mytix) Then I had to register service for the app by signing up and creating a password. Then I had to resign in after registering. Then I had to add a payment card. Then I had to buy the ticket. The train came and went.
And now, I'm sitting here like a complete boob, and I will have to wait another 40 for my train, where I may or may not have a ticket as my phone will be dead any second.
Great job Newark Airport. Nice work.
