Great place to meet and eat. Free parking for club members!

We went to The Metropolitan Room on the top floor for an event. Careful and attentive event staff. Well functioning bar that kept the drinks flowing. Dinner for about 150 people served efficiently.

The view is amazing. The staff are awesome and will help you with all of your needs. Did I say the view is amazing?

Pros:

nice panoramic views of jersey city.

Cons:

My fiancé and I were there for my friends birthday party. A bit of a hassle getting into the actual venue from your car. Once you park, expect a 10-15 minute walk, to the elevator.

The food looked and tasted great. Had the chicken, calamari, pasta, salad and beef from the carving station.

The next day- About 15 guests including my self were sick from food poisoning. 2 of my friends went to the emergency room from non-stop vomiting. My symptoms were weakness and diarrhea. I was bed ridden for about 2 days until it passed though my system. My friend who threw the party brought this up to the catering manager Artie and was told that it wasn't his problem.

Bad food. Bad management.

Stay away at all costs.

Had a catered event here and it was fabulous. The food and service are excellent, they really know what they are doing. Excellent value if you don't book a Sat. night
