Newark Airport Long Term Parking

I was traveling alone with my three year old. They were super nice and helpful at the drop-off. Took 5 minutes to drop off and get on the shuttle to the airport-- maybe it took us 10 minutes total from car drop-off to terminal.
Even better, I opted to have them drive my car to pick us up, and at midnight, with a sleeping child, I can't tell you how great it was to have them: (1) show up within minutes; (2) have the person who drove my car to us actually be super helpful with luggage.
Really well done. Anytime I fly from EWR, I will park here.

I've used NLTP 3 times in the past year with consistently great results. Traveling is very stressful for me and this service takes so much of the anxiety of flight out of the equation. The valet service is so convenient and checking in and out couldn't be simpler. I highly recommend them! 5 stars with no qualms!

INSENSITIVE, INTRANSIGENT, MALE-BIASED ATTENDANT
My husband and I have used this airport parking for EWR numerous times. We have always found the drivers courteous and the service acceptable. We never had an issue that needed solving until today: My husband made the reservation under his name and forgot to give me the tag for me to pick up the car. When he realized his omission, he sent me an email with the photos of the tag and instructions, so I would have no problems after returning from overseas in an overnight flight that arrived at 8am in Newark, which meant 5am for him in the West coast. The attendant called Ferreira, refused to allow me to complete the transaction without speaking to my husband on the phone, and refused to even look at the email I was showing him, sent by my husband, which had photos of the tag. The attendant asked for my ID, and commented that since my last name is not that of my husband, he did not consider us married: I pointed out to him that in the US it was legal for us both to retain our family names. The attendant then called the phone number on file and my cell phone rang: He did not consider that my cell phone on file was proof enough of my association with my husband. Nor did he verify that the credit card I was holding in my hand was the same as in the record of our parking reservation: He insisted I called my husband, wake him up at 5am, so he could approve the car retrieval.
We will not go back to this long term parking: They could do themselves a favor and start hiring employees with more common sense and less negative attitudes.

Don't even bother to make a reservation. They are not worth anything and will not be honored. There are other cheaper self parking options just around the block. Now waiting for the refund to come, as you pay to reserve.

Having been using these guys for the past four years. Every employee we've had contact with has been extremely helpful and courteous. Have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for pickup at airport. the car is always waiting for us when we pull into the lot. These guys are the best.
