Is sad the city is doesn't doing nothing for fix this place the supposed to have some respect for our veterans!!!

This grand monument honors the life and ultimate sacrifice made by those who gave their life for our country during the Vietnam war. It is strategically located in a quiet environment that is conducive to getting some peace and quiet.
