The last time I was there I was visited on behalf of my employer with some insanely complicated questions, and I got bumped up the food chain a few times to get help, but in the end everything I asked was answered. I don't know about any other aspects of the area.

There is an abusive security guard who works there. He is a short Carribbean man who is always hovering around the Resource Room commenting on what and how we perform our job searches. It is very uncomfortable and unneccesary, I feel, and I would prefer that the person who checks us in to help us rather than him.

Please address this growing problem so that we who are job searching are not harrassed by this security guard. On days when he is not there, or when he is at lunch, things run very smoothly. The other security guards are not concerned with our job searches.
