I used to come to this gym about 2 years ago and it was very good, but I guess that was the end of an era, because I joined again about a week 1/2 ago and have not had very good experiences. Firstly, steam room does not exist any more, now they have a closet in its place... and, customer service is horrible, beginning with the front door when Shavonne the assistant manager is on duty. There is just so much you can go by the book, without pissing off a few members in the process (occasional leniency can make or brake a business). I am cancelling my membership and looking elsewhere... because, I would rather pay a bit more and be happy. If you can, avoid joining this particular location.
