Nice location. Well kept. Plenty of lockers as usual. Split on several floors. Great place to workout on a Saturday as its not too busy. Friendly staff.

For me, the most important thing in a club are the instructors.I thoroughly enjoy one instructor.She teaches a magnificent class! After being at many clubs , I find it pleasurable to work out with someone who knows what they are doing.
