Yesterday I spoke to a sales rep named Adonna and she had me sold on the phone to join this location. She was sensitive to my needs and goals and her personality was amazing! I made her aware that I would be in around 7PM but unfortunately she only works mornings so I would not be able to meet her. I went to the location with a friend and was completely turned off by the horrible customer service. Long story short, I ended up leaving and joined the location on Irving and 14th. NIGHT AND DAY!

I like this location. Contrary to other reviewers, I go during off peak hours and it is never too crowded. I have a great workout and I like that the whole gym is on one level in a huge, open space.

Avoid this place. Its quite dirty, unsafe (ppl stealing stuff from bags and lockers), and its ALWAYS crowded, wether early in the morning or after work or even weekends. Nice layout and open space but not worth it.
