READY TO DIE! I must say that this is the worst place to rely on for treatment. These doctors get you on medications that can not be interrupted and ignore your plea for refills on the prescriptions. I have left 10 messages and have no response from them. I am without my medication for 2 weeks now and I am ready to kill myself due to the pain. I will call them today and if I can not get help, you can be sure I WILL KILL MYSELF rather then deal with this pain. So if you value your own life more then me then you should not rely on these doctors for help. Find someone else..

some of the staff at waters place need to stop talking like they out in the street cursing and telling jokes. they need more professional people at the front desk. i called to get a refill that wasnt given to me the day of my appointment and no body ever answers the phone and when they do the call always seems to get "disconnected" staff at front desk needs to be replace

The doctors office called and cancelled an emergency appointment 30 mins before - and then offered me a new appointment 1 week later - REALLLYY.??

Everyone in this place treated me with great concern 3 years ago! Therapy was very helpful in getting my shoulder back to normal.
