New York Shuttle Tours

We had to bring a wheelchair for the tour and we called up the office before to check. Whoever talked said ok and did not mention that we have to send a mail or call again. It is not mentioned in their website as well. At least it is not visible to me. After arguing with them for 10 minutes they decided to take in the wheelchair. We travelled from California and after making the arrangements for the whole trip the guy who spoke told us that he will cancel the whole booking of 7 people and refund the money which sounded like too rude.

Remember to call them or email them if you are planning to carry wheel chair.

This was a great tour, Buses hold around 30 people, so not too big a group for the guides to handle.
Our guide Mark was very good indeed, knowledgeable not only about New York, but almost everywhere our group came from! The tour 9 hour we went on included the Empire State building, we cut the line at a couple of places and this really helped. At every stop Mark offered some great stories that gave us a real sense of the history of New York. Overall i found this to be a very good value tour, the food in Little Italy was also excellent!
BTW if your coming from the UK, bring Mark some Chocolate Hob Nobs!
