I have nothing but great things to say about New York Service Network! I had a drug problem for forty years and was arrested not long ago. I knew I had to get clean and that's when I found NYS. When I first met the director, Rob Warren, he treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. He treated me as an equal, rather than a drug addict. After meeting the rest of his staff, I knew that this was the place for me and I would receive the help I needed. The counselors were outstanding people who knew the needs of every client. Besides the outstanding staff support, I was also a part of group sessions, which furthered my growth in the program. I couldn't have done it without all the support from NYS, they went above and beyond to help me as well as the other clients. I am proud to say that I recently graduated from the NYS program and is now drug free. I plan to remain that way and I owe it all to the staff at NYS. I strongly recommend New York Service Network to anyone struggling with addiction, they will guide you in the right direction and help you achieve sobriety.

I would like to say a few words about this Substance Abuse Treatment program I'm in. When I first came to New York Service Network, I was introduced to the Program Director, Mr. Robert Warren. I admired his passion for the work he's doing, his attitude towards clients and his open door policy. Whenever I had any issue, he was glad to see me one on one and provide all possible assistance. My primary counselor, Mr. Santos Seda, is not simply a good clinician, but a very good man. He doesn't just help me overcome my addiction, but he also helps me connect to other people, which is very important to me after all those years I spent in confinement. NYSN is not like most other places, where you are just by yourself, because right here in this place you get help and also you get information which is really needed. I appreciate flexible schedule since I am about to start looking for a job shortly, and my schedule will be adjusted to meet my individualized needs. I would recommend this treatment program to everyone who is willing to overcome his addiction and reengage with sober network.
