Unacceptable bad service, tailoring that ruins your clothing, and consistent loss of items. Do not take your clothing to this dry cleaner.

I have found this cleaners to be quite good. I like that they use a more organic solvent in their cleaning. I had a horrid experience with a cleaner nearby on greenwich street (Greenwich Cleaners) and move to this one. Very happy. Just wish they had 1 day turnaround.
I have found the tailor to be quite nice and talented. He has fixed many shirts and jackets for me -- I'm perfectly satisfied. Never late.
I'm sorry for the other folks who had a bad time with them. I have only met the owner once, and she seemed fine. Most of the time the staff is running the place. And they are just charming.

We have been using this dry cleaners since moving to the neighborhood six months ago. We had no complaints about the quality of the cleaning, but were griping about their consistently late deliveries.
A month ago, I took in two new jeans to hem with the original bottoms. When I got them back (late), one of my jeans was not done correctly. The hem was flipping out and there was an area where it hadn't been sewed correctly. I took them back and the salesperson Matt said they would take care of it. I got them back (late again) and they looked fine. But once I washed them, both hems were flipping out. So I took the jeans back again and told them nicely that the jeans hadn't been hemmed correctly,. They told me that they hadn't fixed them because the alteration was not done at their drycleaners. The tailor said that the work done on the jeans was not his own work. He was basically calling me a liar who would bring back jeans botched up from another dry cleaners. I have never been accused of such behavior and will not be taking my business to this cleaners anymore.
UPDATE: I called and spoke to the owner in Korean. She kept insisting that I brought another pair of jeans in to fix, and not the ones I paid to have hemmed. She said they don't hem jeans the way my jeans were hemmed and that I probably mistook them for new ones.
There is absolutely NO way I made that mistake. Those jeans were brand new, bought from Scoop the day before I took them to her cleaners. She offered me no guarantee that she would fix my jeans correctly and suggested I find someplace else to hem my jeans.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am also ashamed of the horrible customer service other non-Korean customers must be getting from this place.
