Excellent Service. When they picked it up they looked at it and said they believed they could clean it completely including the old stains, although they did say they couldnt guarantee a couple fo the stains would come out, or that the color under the stains wouldnt show discoloration. I was not expecting them to get my rug completely clean, but they brought it back completely clean with all the stains gone, no discoloration and the colors on the rug are bright and vivid. These guys know what they are doing and I plan to use them again if I need to clean my rugs.
