Ordered parts for an urgent plumbing job, placed the order on Tues, they told me parts would arrive on Thurs, called them on Friday and they said they would arrive that day. They didn't so I had to buy them again elsewhere and pay emergency rate for weekend plumber.

Its amazing they are in business - I had to see the idiots who been charging my account with another account! SO I went there and was served by some loud mouth moron BRENDAN G. - Now I know why I get billed from other companies - It gets better then this guy gets mad as he is charging my stuff to the wrong account - then says he remembers me >? nope sorry try again and try again .. took him 3 times and a lot of crying - I didnt want to embarrass him more than he already embarrassed himself - CALL YONKERS these guys lost ! Poor management - But iff you want free stuff let BRENDAN G serve you! Thank God Kyle in Yonkers is on the ball otherwise Id have to fine another supplier - They should of closed or got rid of these careless rude minimum wage bums.

They're good at what they do.

I finally found the replacement piece ( from my European sink) that I have been looking for over 1 year!
