OMG, FRAUD!! THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!! PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR TRAP.

MY BEST FRIEND AND I WERE APARTMENT HUNTING AND CAME ACROSS THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOUR APARTMENT HUNTING THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. I AM SO SCARED OF SCAMS NOW BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. ALL THEY HAD WERE BAD REVIEWS IN HERE, AND AFTER WE PRINTED OUT THESE REVIEWS FOR THEM AND THREW IT ON THEIR FACE, AT THE OFFICE, AND GOT OUR MONEY BACK, AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND INVOLVE OUR LAWYERS. THEY GAVE THEMSELVES GOOD REVIEWS HERE!! LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON, LIKE MINE, THE GOOD ONES ARE THE COMPANY ITSELF! THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE ALL OVER THE WEB AND PEOPLE ARE AWARE!! THE BROKER DOES NOT HOLD A LICENSE AND HE IS ILLEGAL, NOT TO MENTION THEY SHOW YOU THESE AMAZING APARTMENTS AND THEN TELL YOU THE SUPER GAVE IT AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE OR THAT YOU NEED MORE PAPERWORK, TO KEEP YOUR $100 APPLICATION FEE. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, THREATEN TO INVOLVE THE POLICE OR YOUR LAWYERS AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

they just show you an a beatifull apartment then they say give us the money to run your credit, after that they will be say that you dont qualify for that apartment for any reason! that means that they just run your credit to take your 100$ !!!!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional set of people I've ever encountered. They will not return phone calls and attitude is one of the ghetto. They will take your money and never speak to you again. Do not speak with Edward Espana or Gladys or anyone else in there. They only care about your money and nothing else. They will try to put you in a dirty half assed apartment as if they paid you. There are other realtors out there who can do a better job than these people. Give your money to someone who is more deserving. Don't believe the hype. Flag all of their craigslist listings. Don't recommend a friend. Something tells me I will be calling Help me Howard an d a lawyer. DO NOT GO!!!
