After months and months of searching, we finally bought a piano from New York Piano City and I have to say we couldnt be happier with their service. Very responsive to emails and questions, very patient. the owner has been in the business for over 40 years so he knows everything about piano! This is a family business, i think the daughter is taking care of the business side but the father is a piano technician. Very reliable.
