Reviews to New York Marriott at The Brooklyn Bridge
Not a full service Marriott! No more room service. This used to be my favorite hotel when I visited customers in NYC. Marriott moved the concierge lounge that used to have an awesome view of the Brooklyn Bridge to the ground floor. Which ruined it in my opinion.
Looked well equipped if you work out. Not a full pool. Just a lap pool.
Street level entrance is underwhelming. Once you take the stairs or escalator get to the lobby it looks better.
Located near a couple of different subway stations.

I liked the hotel, I liked the location.
But the stuff at the reception were so unfriendly and rude. I can not believe that that the way how they are trained to talk to guests.
There was no answer or reaction from the receptionist. Other receptionist, just standing next to, just interrupted me and talked to me rudely. At the end I felt like, they are the guests and I need to be nice to them.
I travlel a lot, so I stay at a lot of hotels. Never had such a bad experience with stuff.
Its ashame because the hotel itself is wonderful, but the stay turned such a unpleasant one because of their lack of professionalism.
