I had the pleasure of meeting NYLS agent Noelle Cristiano earlier this week. This girl was absolutely amazing!! I contacted her on Sunday afternoon after seeing an ad online and not only did she respond within an hour on a SUNDAY but she immediately had me set up with 3 viewing the very next morning!! I still have 2 months left on my current lease but you better believe I will be depending on Noelle to get me settled when the time is right.

Currently, I am staying in China and sold our first home in Financial District-New York City. This was the first time we were renting and it can be an intimidating process when there are several aspects that a first timer is not familiar with. Luckily, my husband and I were fortunate to work with Brittany Pope. Not only does Brittany have an awesome personality, but she thoroughly gets the job done. She was very knowledgeable about the Financial District, ensured that she made the best use of our time by showing our rentals that aligned with our bucket list, even when the list changed as we saw several listings. At the end of the day, Brittany knew what we were looking for and guided us until we were comfortable that we found our “home” and signed the lease. I also think she’s a fantastic person/broker because she did not just forget about us after the lease was signed. If we had any questions, concerns or clarification, we were always given the green light to contact her. I highly recommend her and thank her very much for our lovely apartment in FIDI. When looking for a 2br apartment in Brooklyn I was fortunate enough to find DelRoy. He established what I was looking for and then took me on a tour of properties that were right in my range. The property managers know him which makes the whole thing less stressful. He's completely laid back, which I appreciated, and within a week I was done. This how finding a place should be.
