I called at the end of April to book a birthday party for my 4 year old daughter. I left my credit card and was assured they will take care of me and the birthday party. Today I called to follow up on it, and was told that they sent me an email last week. 3 minutes later they told me they don't have a reservation for my kid birthday party.
What are you going to do when you have 30 invited kids all looking forward for the last birthday party before the end of school and there is no party?
Never trust them with your kids!!!
