Not bad, though could definitely need better. Some staff great, some just rude. Bathrooms could be more spacious and the executive lounge could offer a better selection. Pretty reasonable gym and not bad location.

Nice accommodations close to a lot of restaurants and things to see. I was in town for a conference at the Javits Center which is not too bad of a walk. Enjoyed staying close to Central Park, Times Square, Radio City, etc. The staff were friendly and the doorman will get you a cab no problem. Check it out.
