Took the grand package and loved it, got some great shots of the city and helped me quench my thirst for helicopter rides too.

Very much worth the entrance fee, everyone was super professional.

Efficient service, spectacular views, not cheap but neither is running a helicopter! well worth the expense for the experience! Fantastic.

Took my 7 year old on one of these tours. All around it was a excellent experience. As we entered, we were greeted very nicely, staff even engaged in small conversation with us. There was no wait time, from the time we entered to the time we boarded was around 10 minutes. We boarded a helicopter accompanied by two other tourists (helicopter seated 5 passengers, 4 in the back, 1 in the front). The pilot was very informative and friendly. The whole flight was around 25 minutes, which was the flight plan. Overall there were no complaints, I would gladly fly with them again.

My credit card wouldn't go through while it worked fine during our whole trip in NYC. After I contacted my bank, they said the automatic system thought there was a fraudulent action.

After I ran to the closest bank to get cash from the ATM, they offered us an upgrade for the hassle so that was a nice gesture.

I would've hoped to do the tour by night but unfortunately that's not possible. :-(

It was a cool experience anyway.

Pilot was informative and really made you feel comfortable. Who ever was in charge of the camera/pictures didn't know what he was talking about. When asked if we would receive the files in a jpeg or raw format he said yes.
