ZERO STAR SERVICE!
My family has been supporting this business for over 20 years and as the granddaughter and daughter of now former patrons, I decided to try my luck. I went in a few months back to fix a $500 Gap Limited Edition Leather jacket. They did such an awesome job that I came back to fix a pocket with a tiny slit. Unfortunately this time, they replaced the entire pocket with material that looked almost green on my pitch black gap leather jacket. I came in today with my son and mom to express my discontent and they literally REFUSED to fix the jacket, unless I purchased the material myself because the owner paid $50 bucks for the piece. Not only that, I normally could understand the work that goes on behind the scenes but they literally tore the glued on "$50 material" off my leather jacket (which is now in worse condition) and threw the $40 at me.
With that being said, BBB, here I come!
