I brought the dress I was planning to wear to graduation here with specific instructions that I needed it no later than noon on an agreed upon date. When I arrived, they were unable to find my dress--just the under-slip it comes with. As a result, I had to wear my street clothes to graduation. Needless to say, though I work down the street, I will never trust this place again.
