New York City Vacation Rental

Prachtige plek in de buurt van New york. Het is rustig, groot, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. En in een uur ben je met de subway in Manhattan. Aanrader!

We stayed here in February 2013, while much of the immediate area had still not recovered from Hurricane Sandy. Thanks to the efforts of the owner, Mike, this house had survived the storm, and was in good condition. The metro trains were not running across the bay, being replaced by a replacement bus service.

The accommodation was an excellent base for our city break. The owner was very helpful. We had no complaints about the arrangements at all. We would recommend this house and would come back and stay here.

My family rented this place a several years ago (2008) and we had a great time, I came across this listing when i was reminiscing about the area and thought I would give my feedback. The neighborhoods are distinctive and fun, definitely a great life experience. Great views of Manhattan at night and an easy walk to the subway.

I don't know what happened to the guy below me, but we defenitely didn't have any problems. It's a beautiful house, well equipped with good furniture and you have an amazing view on Manhattan in the distance. The moneytransfer was also very pleasant and owner is very nice. We spent an awesome time at NYC. Defenitely recommend it!

Be VERY CAREFUL here because there is some SHADY business going on here! Once you contact this person, he wanted the security deposit before check in- no problem. He also wanted percentage of the rental rate before check in- no problem. Then he asked for ALL the money- in CASH before check in- BIG PROBLEM. He said all businesses operate that way. Have you ever been to a hotel where they take all your money before check out? i don't think so. That's what the security deposit is for.

Be VERY careful renting- i advise to stay away. When i asked about the property, he didn't even address the questions about it so maybe he doesn't even own it. What owner wouldn't want to tell you details about the property? Go to a Hilton instead.
