I worked for the SCA for 3 years and during my time, everyone I met was hardworking and dedicated to making the public school system better. Like most government agencies the bureaucrats get in the way, but the engineers, architects, managers, and other employees are top notch and focused on providing the SCA with the best possible service.

If I could give zero stars as a rating I would. The SCA is supposed to be building the playground at my child's school, Teachers College Community School in Manhattan. Start of construction was delayed and delayed for months with various excuses. Now that the spot is finally dug up the work seems to have stopped. It's been weeks since I've seen a construction worker. I am angry and extremely frustrated.
