HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE, MANNERS, ETC.. RUDE TO THE CORE. MY APT. GOT BROKEN INTO THINGS WERE TAKEN. PERPETRATOR WAS CAUGHT. SPEND 3 HOURS IN PCT. JUST, TO BE TOLD THAT MY STUFF WAS NOW EVIDENCE AND CANT BE RETURNED JUST YET. ENDED UP HAVING TO GO THE BRONX DA OFFICE. (ANOTHER NIGHTMARE) TO RETRIEVE MY STUFF.

On person that is the admin that answer the phone is helpful. Officer Singh hung up on me and should not be answering the phone if he does not know how to be communicate. I have been waiting to hear from Officer Rodriquez for 15 days. That is pathetic.
