Called earlier to figure out a t-intersection issue. Was resolved by P.O. Tilly as she gave me necessary information. I felt as though she sort of rushed me out the phone towards the conclusion of the problem but I understand NYPD is extremely busy. So, I rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
