This community center is so unprofessional and rude! I had called requesting to speak to the coordinator or director regarding a personal matter and I believe the secretary or receptionist answered with a full blown attitude hung up on me the first time and the second time I called she demanded to know what I was calling about before offering to transfer me. I always try not to think of Brooklyn as a ghetto unprofessional place but individuals like this make me remember why I think like that in the first place. Horrible experience I just feel bad for this center because that girl who ever she may be is killing their reputation.
