They apparently do not read English, nor do they understand their own regulations. Good luck getting a response from the DOF.

EVERY phone number on this page puts you into the 311 Phone Queue from Hell. I have been on the phone for over half an hour with no resolution and have not contacted anyone in the department of finance. waste of TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rather than try contacting anyone at the dof, you're better off talking to your ceiling and see if it has any answers for you.
