they dont have spanish speakers to answer the phone for those enroll on the work experiene program...

Edgar Lopez, Community Affairs representative (not sure of title), was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I made suggestions that he seemed to be sincerely concerned about and said if I have other complaints it would faster to contact his office at District 9 Manhattan and talk to them because they are directly involved in my neighborhood.
