Their office hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday
I called today Wednesday 6/1/2016 at 4:35pm and was put on hold and forgotten about I have been on hold for almost 3 hours this is unacceptable it is now 7:25pm and no one has came to the phone not once to say sorry for the long wait or anything I think they put me on hold packed up and went home!!! That is horrible service.
