Amazing customer service and repair experience! Called for a refrigerator repair after my fridge stopped cooling last night. John showed up and got it working on the spot and Fifa great price! Will recommend them and will call again for any other appliance repair needs

Zero stars. The repair man either completely misdiagnosed the problem with our fridge or the company intentionally conned us by selling us a motor for $430. We were told this was the one and only issue and our fridge would be good as new, worth repairing versus buying a new fridge. LESS THAN 3 WEEKS later, fridge died and when the same repair guy came back, there was a terrible, unfixable problem and we needed a new fridge. Also, needed to wait 3 days for the 2nd visit, living out of a cooler. So, either they stink at repair or they are untrustworthy. I do not recommend this company.
