It was a nightmare! They constantly ran out of clostomy bags . I was left to marinate in fecal matter for up to 12 hours at a time. The full time staff was inhospitable and indifferent.

This place is awful. Terrible . My grandmother has been staying here for 2 years & everytime I come to visit it's like she's being mistreated I can feel it , things don't feel right ; her friends looking worst and worst , with out energy . It undurable to stay there and I'm ashamed that my family is keeping her there . Selfish . If it was up to me I'd shut it down and get her out . Don't send your love ones here please .

Disgusting. It's a foul and dirty place. After a day and a half with no medication as ordered by the referring hospitals's M.D.'s, and an attempt to illegally chemically restrain me, I was removed by an ambulance and the cops back to the hospital.

My dad was held there because he had prostate cancer. Not even 3 days his wallet was missing he looked worse he wasnt happy & uncomfortable.
