I love this place. Elizabeth is a doll. Im not sure what the Indian ladys therapist name but she is great. You will not be disppointed. Very friendly staff felt right at home.

This is the place for you.the staff Deepa and Elizabeth that works at this place are caring, loving and do the right thing for their patients. The place is very clean . If any family or friends needed therapy . this is the place for them! God blessed the whole staff! !

Love this office amazing clean excellent service staff they are awesome! Love the therapists Deepa and Oleg massages are amazing. Elizabeth helps me with machines takes time helping me use them correctly and explaining what machines do and also takes time to call me to remind me of how many visits I have. I love how they are open late nights and weekends. Especially when I call without an appointment they always fit me in. The location is great and convenient. I have been to other Physical therapy places on Staten Island and never finished. I leave out of that office feeling so much relief thank you New U

Excellent service! Clean office, courteous staff well informed pain and physical therapist ...I felt like it was my second home ...the relief I felt after service was exceptional! The best on staten island felt so relaxed. Easy and convient to make appointments open on the weekends and even late nights ..CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST ...THANK U NEW U !!

Very unprofessional, I called for pelvic pain, came in and had to come back for the female PT because they thought I was visiting for back pain, I arrived and she again, asked me if it was back pain, then asked me if I was pregnant (which I clearly stated in both encounters) its like they don't look at your chart at all.

My apt was at 12pm, I did 15 min of heating pad, she worked on me for 10 minutes and told me that the morning appointments didn't show up so she had to cut me short so she can take them. I can bet 100% they billed my insurance for an hour of service, meanwhile it was about 10 minutes.

The front desk is also a mess, they don't know how to use the credit card machine and asked if I could pay cash b/c they didn't know how to swipe my card for co-pay.

Unprofessional and awful.
