Horrible service! Never ever use this service in you respect yourself!
They don't respect their customers and apparently don't care about losing them. Very rude and they will do anything to put the blame on you.
I read the reviews but decided that nothing bad could possible happen in the NY city tour. How can you screw up a NY city tour?! You just pick up a person and after you just drop a person in the designated place that we discussed several time the day before over the phone.
I was told that my old father who doesn't speak a word of English would be dropped off at Times Square. I was fine with it and explain to him how to get home from Times Square. I drew a map and gave directions.
Tell me how that is possible that my father was dropped off at Brooklyn?! He called from 5thAve and 42 St in BROOKLYN!
When I called to the agency for the explanation first I was told there is no 5th Ave in Brooklyn. Than I was called a liar and told that I made the story up as they claimed their driver doesn’t’ stop in Brooklyn, then I was blamed that I let my non-English parent to travel by himself. Remember I sent him with people who speak his language and who is responsible for him while he is in their tour! Lastly my father was blamed that he didn’t’ recognized the stop where he had to get off. My father is here only a week, and according to the agency had to learn the city well enough to differentiate between boroughs. Sure this horrible situation is our fault!
There is no doubt I am filing the law suit against this agency as people there just couldn’t give me an explanation of how he could possibly end up in Brooklyn. Lastly, agency's reps were just hanging up the phone on me as soon they heard my voice.
Lesson learned, read and trust the reviews!
