I came 3 minutes after 3 pm and ask if they serving lunch special but the girl start screaming at me and was very rude, never again and I used to order from them all the time.

I am absolutely appalled by their level of customer service. I have been a customer for 6 years now. One day I try to place an order for delivery, lunch special. I ask if I can pay with a card, being that it is under $10 the lady owner starts getting nasty with me over the phone.. Before I can tell her that I will pay with cash, she hangs up on me. I try calling back, she doesn't answer the phone twice and on the third time she answers just to hang up again. I usually spend a very good amount of money there since I do not cook at home. They have just lost a very good loyal customer.
