New Strands Hair Restoration

I come to New York on business and needed an emergency fix and discovered New Strands! I was so surprised to find a place in Queens, Long Island City, NY that was better than the place I go to in Florida. You have gained a regular HAIR REPLACEMENT customer. Thank you for everything!

I have had 2 HAIR RESTORATIONS procedures in NY. The first in March 2015 (to cover a very obvious balding spot on top/back and bring the hairline forward to where it should be from where it receded to, in the middle of the top of my head).

The result was great. Over the next couple of months, I continued to thin, so I had a second procedure in July 2016 to add more density to the hairline, on top and in back. The result is that people think I am more than 10 years younger than I am. No one suspects I have ever had a procedure - even my mother-in-law, who visits every 2 weeks!

Done on a Thursday, out to dinner on Sat. nite, and back to work on Monday - no one knew.

Everything about the experience, initial consultation to procedure to follow up, was 1st class. Excellent in all respects. The doctor, the assistants, even the shampoo tech I saw the next day. The doctor called me the nite of the procedure to check on me. Nice touch. Very professional.

Everything delivered as promised - cost, time, results - all exact. I guess they can do this with confidence because they are the industry leader and know what they are doing.
