Nasty customer Service

I was double charge on my credit card, i went to this place to solve this issue ,they said has to be the lady who worked that day, but they won't give you times and days of schedule of the worker.
i met the owner this morning , explaining what happened with double charge , he was worse .
he asked for the receipt ,and without receipt can't do anything.
i asked him if i can't find it or misplaced it , i still going to loose my money?
he said yes,
.besides he refused to look on to books or receipts that he must have on store
