New Rochelle Hyundai

Although my car purchase went extremely well the aftermath did not. I was given a hand written registration with an expiration date of November 7th 2015 and called the dealership several times a week prior to it expiring with no returned calls or assistance. Due to the expired registration I received a $125 ticket that I personally hand delivered to Isreal, who assisted me with my purchase, and was told that it would be handeled immediately and paid. I have contacted the dealership countless times to follow up on the status of the unpaid ticket from November unitl today, January 6th and have not gotten any resolve. The level of professionalism that I received during the time of purchase has since been erased and replaced with excuses and un returned calls. It's extremely aggirvating and disheartning to feel like someone has not been their true self and has scammed you. This is not how a business should be run. I am very disappointed in the outcome especially when dealing with such a big purchase.

I am a business woman that travels for work every single day, I need my license and driving record to be clean and should not have it jeprodised because someone else cant effectively do their job. I drive with my children in the car and I'm constantly in fear that the unpaid ticket will turn into a summons or an arrest warrant. That fear has pushed me to pay the ticket myself and then waste more of my valuable time calling and calling the dealership to now personally pay me back what they owe me. No one ever takes anything from me or makes me feel unsettled or uncomfortable for months at a time because I don't allow it, so to have workers at a dealership do it to me angers me to no end. There is absolutely no reason whyI should feel compelled to leave work early, drive to New Rochelle and shake down the dealer for money that is owed to me, but thats exactly how I feel.

Had a great experience at New Rochelle Hyundai. .My sales rep was Joel Zarzuela . I purchased a 2011 Elantra in 2013 was not the car I exactly wanted but my credit was in really bad shape. Joel was always very honest and straight forward and made my car buying experience stress free. I am happy to say this year I purchased a 2015 Sonata and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Joel your the best!.

Two Words. Customer Service. This place is hands down top of the line. Honest guys who give you everything you need and none of the nonsense that you don't. We were taken care of by Jose and he was wonderful, patient, and with us every step of the way to get us out the door with a great new Hyundai. Very highly recommend him as he kept us laughing even through the stressful parts! Great Dealership all around.

The sales team at New Rochelle Hyundai is a cut above. My sales consultant, Michael Metter, was the consummate professional throughout the sales process - patient, courteous, never resorting to high-pressure tactics, and an all-around nice guy. The same praise goes to the sales manager, Marc LaMassa, who always made me feel like a priority. (Case in point: when I was unable to get a hold of the service department, Marc physically walked into the service area and put a manager on the phone within seconds.) These two are an asset to the dealership and truly understand customer service. Give them a call!

I just leased my 2nd vehicle with New Rochelle Hyundai, and it has been a great experience! I went from a Hyundai Accent GT to a slightly larger Hyundai Tucson. Not only were they informative and able to work with my credit, but they got me the color and interior I wanted. The Manager, Marc and staff I dealt with, Joelle really made the experience easy. I went in on a Sunday thinking of looking at newer cars and left the dealership with my new vehicle on Monday, now that's fast service. I never felt as if I was dealing with cocky salesman that wanted to take my money. It was a great experience and I highly recommend. Hyundais give you an affordable car with more base model features than so many other car brands.
