I literally had the worst experience ever dealing with these people. I had a scheduled delivery for Tuesday between 9am and 1pm, no one was ever in contact with me. I called multiple times that morning, until someone I spoke with someone around 12pm they told me the delivery would not be arriving that day. The next morning I called, and they said it was outsourced to another trucking company. Those people had no idea either, and wanted to deliver the following day. I called back New Penn with a little more force and they rearranged for delivery that day before 1pm. Their communication skills are HORRIBLE and they will not call you back, even when they say they will.
