Furniture is cheap. Delivery is HORRIBLE Sofa came with bugs (dead/alive) all over it like they stored them outside.

By far the best furniture store in NYC. The customer service is second to none. The owners are very accommodating and offer amazing deals. Love my new Ashley bedroom set!

I bought 2 bedroom sets one for my son's room and one for my daughters room. I bought the furniture in February 2015 and just 5 months later my son's top bunk fell down on my daughter's head. My daughter's bed frame is broken as well. I called the store but the manager had just left, I was told that he will call me on Sunday and would want to see the damage. Today is Friday so I will patiently wait for his call if not by Monday morning I will be in the store to see what can be done.

Very good service and their activities really fantastic. Customer service is great! Found the coffee table at another store online for cheaper and Max, the owner or New Lots Furniture matched the price and did free delivery. He even came and assembled it himself! I was bummed the first time I visited the store because I drove an hour and the store was closed mid day and there was no sign posted. Although, I'm sure this does not usually happen. I was also a bit disappointed that after assembly was completed, there was a small dent in the top of the coffee table. BUT, the owner ordered a new one and came to replace it himself, which was very nice! Would shop here again and would recommend it to friends!

I have found best store to purchase furniture in New York area. I have purchased a lot of furniture from New Lots Furniture. Always excellent services and wonderful customer support. Definitely I will recommend this store for everyone even to all!!
